Losing My Butt!!

Anyone know how to get rid of it?!

This pic is actually a time where it was tolerable! While my husband was deployed ( I should probably explain my life before this lol) I had nothing better to do than workout.I didnt really hit the gym but I walked at least twice a day.When he came home I had dropped from from a size 12-14 to a 6 and weighed 125 lbs.

Needless to say after 2 years and about 30 lbs I am now trying to find a way to get a good lower body workout since walking twice a day is not an option anymore. How do you tone your lower body?!

Awww... This is when he came home and we reunited for the first time in a year. I think it was 2 years ago today.


  1. Send it on over this way! I've been thinking about surgery.....for this FLAT thing!

  2. I do the Butt Blaster at the gym. Basically, the machine sits so you push your foot backwards and up against the weights. Maybe squats would help? PS - I think you look great!

  3. I would try squats and lunges. :) Also, if you have access to a rowing machine, I would get on that. Really really great exercise but without hurting your knees like running.

    but have you talked to a trainer if you want to tone it?

  5. Stairs Stairs and more stairs. That will tone the booty and make it "pop" but not make you lose it. Because lets face it... You cant let a good butt go to waste. Women (namely me) would pay to have a big booty.
